💎 Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship? We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location.

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Estimated delivery:

• Africa: 5–10 business days

• Europe & US: 7–14 business days

Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy? You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Custom or sale items are non-refundable. See our Return policy for full details.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do? Email us at vinegraphic@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
